Making a purchase : Check if all Credit/Debit Cards mentioned there can be used with CCAvenue to make purchases on our site or not
All goods shall remain the property of Global Craft until paid for in full. All customer are required to pay full amount at time of order.
Shipping and Handling :
We always aim to deliver your order as early as possible
but please allow time for delivery. The customer will inspect the goods immediately upon recieving and will notify Global Craft in writing for any shortage or defect in the order within 7 days of reciept.
Delivery Schedule : We will take 3 weeks for less than 250 items. For pieces above 250 contact us. Please note that when multiple gift products are ordered together then the time taken would be as per the product with the higher delivery time. Delivery to international destinations is made by UPS.
Tax Charges : For orders to be delivered in India the V.A.T./C.S.T. Rate as applicable at the time of dispatch of order shall be applicable.
For International Orders if the remittance is made from the International Address then there shall be no Taxes Applicable.
Credit Card Security : When order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
All disputes will be subject to Kanpur – India jurisdiction.
